Under-5s classes

Dance, PE, Music and Action activities for boys and girls aged RISING TWO YEARS OLD UPWARDS. DD Classes are on Monday in St. Albans (also Weds in Redbourn and Harpenden on Thurs and Fri mornings). Singing, fun and socialising for babies with mums, dads, grandparents or carers. Hot drinks available. Welcoming, friendly, affordable. No need to book. Thursdays in termtime, 10 - 11 am.

Yoga, exercise and mindfulness classes for children aged 2.5-10 years.
2-2.30pm Thursdays - 2.5-4.5 year olds
4-4.40pm Thursday's - 4.5-10 year olds (R-Y5)

These classes are a non-competitive and fun way for children to learn techniques to help them relax and be calm, to breathe properly and to enhance flexibility, balance, strength, coordination.
