My work incorporates relaxation, mindfulness and laughter yoga to give people the tools and strategies to cope in an increasingly stressful world. My classes give children a safe space in which they have fun, they talk about how they feel, they support one another and they learn the value of being aware of their emotions and dealing with them in positive ways.
