Out of hours services

Out of hours is defined as weekdays from 6.30pm to 8am the following morning, Saturday and Sunday all day and on bank/public holidays.

For medical emergencies, call 999 or if possible, make your way to the nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E). In Southend this is located at: Southend Hospital, Prittlewell Chase, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 0RY

For non-emergencies, please call the NHS 111 service and you will be given an appointment for the out-of-hours service. Calls from landlines and mobiles are free. More information about this service can be found at www.nhs.uk/111
