Sing and Sign is the perfect class for teaching babies a way of communicating before they are able to speak!
Using signs can prevent melt downs and frustration as they will learn to tell you exactly what they want, it also helps with conversations when out for walks and spotting birds, ducks etc, and to help babies understand where they are going, are they going to the park? The zoo? Home?
My goals with Sing and Sign are to:
share Sing and Sign with as many families as I can
create a community feel to each term, helping families and babies bond and grow together
give tired parents a bit of respite from constantly worrying about their little ones' development
During the classes I sing with you, I teach you some signs to take home and practice, and I talk you through some of the things I've experienced as a new mum, and also have a chat about things we are all still learning!
