I'm Daniela and I am a qualified reflexologist with distinction based in Thundersley, Benfleet in Essex. I am a proud member of the association of Reflexologists and listed on the NHS website.

I have always been interested in holistic therapies, probably for as long as I can remember. As a little girl I remember seeing a massage therapist on T.V and thought to myself, I want to be like her when I'm older. Life had other plans and I studied for a degree in Early years Education. My work life was very different to the one I wanted back when I was a little girl.

Life went on and I wanted to start a family. Long story short, I found out I had PCOS, (poly cystic ovarian syndrome). I went on a mission and researched everything I possibly could about the condition. This is when I first discovered Reflexology and its benefits. I improved my diet and made lifestyle changes. I am now a Mum to three amazing children. I truly believe that Reflexology can work alongside medical treatments and has so many wonderful benefits. It allows the body and mind to maintain a state of homeostasis. You are the healer in your journey, Reflexology is merely the tool.
