You will only find evidence based research and information in my online antenatal classes, including hypnobirthing tools, delivered on a 1:1 basis and tailored to your needs. We also deliver classes in person.

I'm Grace and I am passionate about advocating for women and all birthing people. If you are worried about giving birth to your baby, I can help you to find your voice and to feel confident in the journey you are about to go on providing antenatal, hypnobirthing and breastfeeding support.
