My name is Hilfra,
I have been teaching baby massage for 15 years and child massage for 7 years.
I offer 5 week courses that is more than just another baby massage course.
Let me share my wealth of knowledge with you and simply have fun at the same time.
Supporting the community in my home town Rayleigh and surrounding areas.
What I offer,
Classes for mums to meet others at Lubbards Farm. Quiet semi-rural area of Rayleigh.

1-1 for families/caregivers who are not ready for a full on course for various reasons.
1-1 for families/ caregivers needing support with a very young baby with Colic, Reflux or constipation. From 2 weeks old.
Refresher class if you missed doing a course due to other commitments and wanted to try something to help your baby relax. Or not sure if you will like the idea of massage.
Private friends course either at Lubbards Farm or in the comfort of your home/s.

Child Massage, a completely different massage course to the baby version.
Fully clothed child, strokes concentrating on the head, neck, arms, shoulders and back. Story massages included.
Good to help with bonding and anxiety.
Experience with children who have additional behaviour including autism and Down syndrome.
From 4-9 years old.

Twins welcome, no extra cost.
Specialist in babies with additional needs.
