What Do We Teach?
TRADITIONAL KARATE
We teach a solid Traditional Style of Karate known as Wado-Ryu. This is a great style known for its great fighting application.

TRADITIONAL KOBUDO
We teach Traditional Weapons including Bo, Sai, Nunchaku and Kama.

TRADITIONAL JIU-JITSU
Known as the "Gentle Art" we teach Traditional Jiu-Jitsu which is renowned for its Locks, Throws and take-downs. A great solid Martial Art that compliments all other styles.

EXTREME MARTIAL ARTS
Want to learn to have Solid Martial Arts Skills but also want to flip and trick too? Then Extreme Martial Arts is just for you. It's hard work but amazing and very rewarding!
