I work with families in a number of ways: group workshops 1:1 consultations and an online course coming VERY SOON! As a Mum myself and advocate of supporting parents in a practical way, I am determined to make your child healthier and your mealtimes easier by providing science backed information that is simple to understand and easy to implement into daily life.
The Early Years Dietitian is based in Essex but works with families internationally online. Workshops take place at venues in Leigh-on-Sea and Westcliff or in the comfort of your own home if you would like a private booking. Consultations take place via zoom so I can see you wherever you are.
