The Maldon Promenade Petting Zoo has been part of Maldon's popular Promenade Park for the past five years.
During the day, it is home to over seventy species of animals where you are invited to meet the farm and exotic animals, the aviary dwellers, and the reptile collection.
The zoo is open 364 days a year subject to weather and other conditions. Admission is adults £9.95, children £7.95, concessions £8.95 or £34.95 for a family of four with no need to book for general admission.
Visitors will enjoy meeting the lovely range of farm animals, from goats, donkeys, Shetland pony, alpacas, emu, ducks, chickens, rabbits to the one and only pot bellied pig Horace.
