I offer full antenatal hypnobirthing courses for pregnant couples focussing on mindset and preparing you positively for your birth experience. These are run from my home in a friendly and relaxed environment in small groups or these can be run privately from your own home.
I also provide relaxation classes for pregnant people, a chance to offload, release fears, ask any pregnancy and birth related questions and then fully relax and bond with baby with our bespoke Babies in Waiting hypnosis relaxation scripts.
My clients are also welcome to attend my free monthly coffee mornings and tap into a beautiful community of parents and their bumps and babies.
