Friars Centre Playgroup is managed by a voluntary committee. We operate from two rooms, our Toddler room (children aged 2-3 years) and our preschool room (children aged 3-4 Years).
Our playgroup is registered by Ofsted on the Early Years Register and the compulsory and voluntary parts of the Childcare Register.
We take children from 2 years of age we also provide funded early education for 2,3 and 4 year old children. We are open 5 days a week during term time offering morning sessions (9.00 a.m. - 12.00 noon), afternoon sessions (12.30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.) and all day sessions (9.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.).
We also offer holiday club activities during school holidays which is open for all children aged 2 years - 8 years.
