The Palace Theatre
The Grade II listed Palace Theatre is located in the town of Westcliff-on-Sea and seats just over 6oo. The theatre built by Ward & Ward of London was first opened to the public in October 1912. It might be small and intimate, but it draws a variety of performances, including drama, music, and both local and national touring companies.
The theatre has had a range of famous faces visit, including Royalty when the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall visited in 2014.
