It's perfect site for a family get together, set away from the main seafront area. A very popular part of the estuary for watersports; East Beach is home to Essex Kitesurfing Club!
It also proudly flies a 2021 Blue Flag. The Blue Flag Award, managed by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, is an international award for well-managed beaches with excellent water quality.
