Westcliff Beach (at low water and with suitable footwear) offers lovely walks and is superbly positioned for the world-famous Rossi ice cream emporium. You will also find the famous Archway Cafes, where you can grab a delicious snack or meal - al fresco in good weather - and enjoy watching the world go by.
On the shore stands The Genting Casino which offers great live music and entertainment, a restaurant, and of course the chance to gamble. A short uphill walk from the coastline you can find the Cliffs Pavilion, home to outstanding entertainment all year round.
For 2021 Westcliff beach proudly flies the prestigious Blue Flag award, managed by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy. The blue flag is an international award for well-managed beaches with excellent water quality.
