Established over 28 years. Family run neighbourhood pizza bar loved by locals. Authentic wood fired Pizza Napoletana star of the show using best ingredients possible: Caputo "OO" flour from Naples, San Marzano Tomatoes grown on the slopes of Vesuvius and fresh made Mozzarella locally produced by artisan cheesemaker Angelo. Our homemade dough is slow fermented for 2 days to add lightness and flavour and then hand shaped and fired in our wood fired oven for 90 seconds at 420 degrees.
