This St George's Day prepare for a day of action and adventure at Market Hill. With a variety of activities whatever your age, there's free fun for everyone!

Activities on the day:
• Medieval Musicians Peg and Myal (performing at intervals throughout the day)
• Sword of Penda Saxon re-enactor (including a medieval cooking display)
• Swords of Penda Warrior re-enactor (demonstrating combat styles)
• Dressing up tent (including princess crowns, metal armour and knights' helmets)
• Cork-tipped cross bows
• Family joust
• Archaeology trays
• King John's treasure search (use nets to try and find his missing treasure in water troughs)
• Art workshop (with images inspired by medieval Luton)
• Inflatable swords, knight training and games
• Calligraphy workshop
• Giant play tent (with medieval inspired toys, knights, castles, plus more)
• Craft table
• A display on medieval Luton
