We are a small self-funded charity founded in 1985, providing support, self-help & non-drug complementary & alternative therapies for both disabled and able bodied visitors.
The Centre is a friendly and relaxed place welcoming all those who are able bodied, with health conditions, carers & anyone just interested in feeling their best. All are welcome!
The Centre has a specialised gym, offers a range of exercise and movement classes, and provides a range of therapies - all at subsidised prices (subject to membership).
Opening hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 9am - 4pm
(Please note: the Centre does not open on Bank Holiday Monday's).
