Our classes are suitable for mums after their postnatal check (6/10 weeks) and dads or carers any time after birth. No upper age limit! The heavier the child the more of a workout! You do not need to babywear please come along if you want to dance solo whilst your little one naps on a blanket/car seat or plays at the side. Toddlers and preschoolers also welcome to join in with the dancing or play at the side!
Debi is a trained sling peer supporter with Born to Carry and safety is the number one priority. Please follow the TICKS Babywearing Guide.
