Every Wednesday we offer Teen Freestyle classes!
Our Teen Freestyle sessions are for young people aged 11 to 16 of all abilities.
£9 per session
Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm
These are pay as you go at the door, no booking required, just turn up.
Freestyle Gymnastics places an emphasis on freedom, individuality and creativity with regards to the skills that each participant learns and performs.
Our coaches, who have all been specially trained to run freestyle gymnastic classes, are always on hand to provide
advice and support throughout the session.
The classes include a structured warm up, and participants are free to move between the various manned coaching stations as they wish during the rest of the session.
