The Mama Collective, run by practising registered Midwives, offers a wide range of antenatal education. We are passionate about positive experiences, and within our courses we will provide you with all of the tools and techniques you need, empowering you to create your own positive birth experience.
Our signature Birthology course is calm, relaxed, and judgement free. It will teach you to understand what is happening within your body during labour and birth, give you a wide range of tools and techniques to utilise (including Hypnobirthing techniques), teach you about all of the different pathways birth can take, and also how to make fully informed decisions.
We also cover "Parenthood prep"; discussing feeding options, basic baby care, and the fourth trimester.
