Just a few short miles from Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, Grafham Water, England's third largest reservoir can be found nestled in 1500 acres of beautiful countryside. Open every day except Christmas Day.

Grafham Water has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest for over 30 years. Our western end features a 280 acre nature reserve and is home to ancient woodlands, reed beds and important populations of several bird and amphibian species.

We're a wonderful trout and predator fishing destination and, with a nine mile track, we're a great place to ride your bike or take a gentle stroll.

Above the fishing lodge, and with a large balcony area offering superb views across Grafham Water, you'll find the Harbour View Café Bar next to Mander car park

There are well-equipped outdoor play areas at the Marlow and Mander car parks, so they'll be happy for hours. But please make sure they're supervised at all times.

Grafham Water is a great place for a BBQ or picnic. We've got stands in both the Mander and Marlow car parks for disposable barbecues.

Grafham Water is great for dogs, so yours are more than welcome. But please follow our dog code.

Kayaking, canoeing and sailing are all provided from the Grafham Water Centre and Grafham Water Sailing Club.

For your safety, please contact them in advance to access the water. Open water swimming is not permitted, other than as part of an authorised event.

We have recently introduced a pay on exit barrier controlled car park system at Grafham Water. At the entrance to the car park please take a ticket from the machine and enter the car park. At the end of your visit please place your car park ticket into one of the pay stations conveniently located around the main car parks. You can pay for your length of stay by either card (contactless and chip and pin) or cash. Once paid you can exit the car park.
