It is an outdoor fitness class which combines a mixture of cardiovascular & toning exercises to help you get fit & shape up after the arrival of your little one. You are welcome to the class following your post-natal check with the doctor. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. Bring a drink, towel/picnic rug for floor work.
