It's a place for mum and baby to come and relax, meet and bond with other local mums and gain a wealth of knowledge and advice provided by our team of postnatal specialists during our weekly sessions. If you've just had a baby, feeling a little overwhelmed and looking for support and would like meet other mums in your local area, then this is the course for you!
