Feel Body Strong supports peri-menopause and menopausal women with their exercise and wellbeing. My classes and my motivational coaching style are flexible and adaptable for achievable results. Fitness isn't a one size fits all, I am happy to share my 15+ years of knowledge and expertise to support your needs.
