Welcome to the East Herts Family Centre Service·

Hertfordshire's Family Centre Service brings family centres, health visiting and school nursing together to provide a more joined up service for children, young people and their families from pregnancy through to when a child reaches 19.

The Family Centre Service will enable families to access available services from any Hertfordshire Family Centre, allowing families to fit more sessions and services around busy family lives.

Purpose of Family Centres:
- To give every child the best possible start in life so they can access every opportunity and become healthy resilient adults
- To give children, young people and their families the opportunity to thrive, to achieve the best physical, psychological, emotional, social, health and educational outcomes, and to be as independent as possible.
- To give consistent and responsive support to children, young people and their families
