The Milk Bar is a FREE weekly drop-in group in Ware.

The group is designed to provide a judgement-free social space for parents to meet. With support on hand from a breastfeeding counselor and postnatal doula to help with any feeding questions.
The Milk Bar is a great place to meet other local parents, ask questions, get support and gain confidence in feeding.
Everyone is welcome at Milk Bar however feeding or parenting, we're in it together.

Aimed at parents of 0-6 months babies.
No need to book, just turn up.
