An immersive outdoor experience on our community farm. Suitable for all ages, parents often report learning and enjoying it as much as children.
The activities are led by new entrant farmers Jon and Rosie who live here off grid, run a box scheme, raise livestock and children in this beautiful and peaceful 20 acres of field and forest.
They are passionate about facilitating opportunities for the community young and old to learn traditional survival skills and connect with nature.
Forest school : child led play in the ancient woodland. Fire and shelter making skills, campfire cooking, wild crafts with natural materials and wildlife identification.
Foraging fun: teacher led wandering around the fields and hedgerows to harvest wild food and medicine and then prepare food tinctures, teas, balms and syrups for natural health and first aid and beautiful mandalas.
