We are getting ready to deck the halls and spread Christmas cheer with lots of tree-mendous festive fun lined up for all the family this season.
Visit Santa's brand-new grotto, opening on the ground floor from 14th November! Featuring enchanting interactive decorations, a visit to our grotto promises to be a truly magical experience for all.
Entry fee is £6 per child, and all children will receive a gift to take home! Photos and merchandise will be available to purchase separately. The grotto will be open daily until Christmas Eve and there is no need to pre-book.
Plus, we're excited to announce the return of our beloved Dog Days every Tuesday and Wednesday where furry friends are also welcome along to meet and grab a snap with Santa. Your pooches are sure to have a paw-sitively perfect time.

Thursday 14th November - Tuesday 24th December
Monday - Saturday: 10am - 5pm (Lunch 1pm-2pm)
Sundays: 11am - 4pm
Christmas Eve: 10am - 3pm
In addition to Santa's Grotto, don't miss your chance to meet our living Christmas Trees who will be rocking around the centre on Saturday, 7th December, from 11am to 4pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with and snap a selfie with these festive figures.
