Prenatal Yoga / Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum & Baby Yoga - 09.45am - 10.45am , 16/09 to 21/10, at Eddlesborough Memorial Hall, Buckinghamshire.
This 6 week course is to connect to yourself & your baby through massage & movemernt. move to remember who you are. Revitalise & strengthen your body & mind. There will be breathwork, pelvic floor activation & core recovery, yoga, relaxation & time to bond with your baby.
Prenatal Yoga Classes - 18.00 pm 19.00pm, 11/09 to 23/10, at Whipsnade Village Hall, Bedfordshire.
7 week block of Prenatal Yoga Classes. Learn techniques for labour & relaxation as well as strengthening & opening your bodies during the many changes a pregnancy brings. This class is also about building your community. We will start with a sharing circle.
