Our classes are a mixture of Karate and Kickboxing and are suitable for the whole family.

Ninja Kids 1 Programme for ages 5-8 - 1:30 - 2:30pm
Ninja Kids 2 Programme for ages 5-8 - 2:45 - 3:45pm
Family 1 - Family Class Mixed class open to all for kids and adults to train together - 4 - 5:10pm
Family 2 - Family Class Mixed class open to all for kids and adults to train together. - 5:20 - 6:30pm
Junior Warriors Programme for ages 9 - 12 training in Houghton Regis Branch Fridays 4:45 - 5:45pm
Adults Ages 13+ Training in Houghton Regis branch Fridays 6 - 7:15pm
