There is an Urgent Treatment Centre on the Ground Floor at the Town Centre Surgery, which can be accessed in different ways:

If you contact NHS 111, after an initial assessment, you may also be given an arrival time at the Urgent Treatment Centre if clinically required.
The Urgent Treatment Centre is a walk-in service, which means you do not need an arrival time.

The Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is located next to the A&E Department in the Cauldwell Centre.

The centre is open from 11am - 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and will offer same day access to GP and Nurse appointments. The UTC is for when patients need urgent medical treatment but it is not an emergency. The UTC is open to all those living in and visiting Bedfordshire.... Read more
