At The Reflexology Hub Berkhamsted we focus on women and children's health and wellbeing.

My name is Katie, I'm the owner and director of both The Reflexology Hub Berkhamsted and Baby & Toddler Reflex.

After many years of working in the training and development sector, I decided to follow my passion for complementary therapies, specialising in women and children's health & wellbeing.

It was after having my own three children that I became a passionate advocate for women's & children's health.
The need to nurture and support our bodies through the different life stages is vital, not only for our physical health, but mental well-being too.

I offer the following women's reflexology treatments; Maternity, Post-Natal, Women's Equilibrium, Menopause, Mindful and Reiki Infused.

At The Reflexology Hub Berkhamsted you can learn Baby & Toddler Reflex.
Come to my beautiful studio to learn baby reflexology and toddler reflexology to use on your little one. These techniques have been so empowering and beneficial to me and my children over the years. I still use them on my now teenager!

Children's reflexology. I can create a bespoke treatment to meet your child's needs. In this session your child will receive a treatment from me and you will be given a hand & foot map specifically designed for them. I will also teach you techniques to use at home. This is a fabulous way to continue to connect and bond with your child.
