MAMA BEAR STRENGTH CLUB
has launched group coaching so you can get face to face training with Emily to take your postnatal journey to the next level.
You can not only survive this phase but you can thrive in it. You are Incredible, You are Powerful, You will come back stronger.
We go to so many baby groups and we make our little ones the centre of it all - which we should for their time - but we deserve some time where we're the focus.
You can get your baby involved as much as you want to - you can see to them as you need to, it won't mess up your flow, you can leave them to play on their mat in your area or you can even use them as your weight!
ITS DOWN TO YOU but just remember its your time mama ... you deserve it!
Finding the time can always be hard for us mamas to achieve a lot of our goals, but being able to schedule in a great workout, that is recovery based and purposeful while our babies are there ...means we can still reach our goals and we can show our little ones how strong their mamas really are!
