Calling all mamas, mamas to be or any female looking for a fun, friendly and effective workout! Struggle getting a chance to exercise since the baby/ies arrived? Need someone to keep you accountable?

The classes are suitable for all fitness levels, sizes, struggles and stages of parenthood. ?
It is a 45 minute full body class, working on your strength and fitness in a circuit format. Each exercise can be taken at your pace- slightly gentler or pushing yourself to reach a new personal best.
We have play mats, chairs and toys set up for the little ones and I am on hand with silly dancing or cuddles so that you can get in your workout! ?
I have absolutely loved teaching this class and seeing friendships form, as well as all encouraging each other and keeping ourselves accountable with the sessions.
I know just how challenging it is to stay consistent with exercise having struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety, and not having family nearby to grab a little break. I needed this class when I moved here, so instead I set it up! ☺️
