Join us this April for our course designed to support and lift up mums during the fourth trimester and first year -a space to make real connections, share the highs and lows, and find your tribe of other new mums who truly get it.

Our 6WeekSocial course focuses on YOU and your well-being after birth. Each week, you'll gather with a group of supportive women and hear from local postnatal and women's health specialists who offer practical advice, emotional support, and a reminder that you're never alone on this journey.
