The autumn season is here, and that means it’s time for some Halloween fun! If you’re in or around Berkhamsted, there are plenty of family-friendly pumpkin patches and Halloween events that will delight children of all ages. Whether you’re looking to pick the perfect pumpkin or enjoy a spooky trail, here are some of the best places to visit:
🎃 Rumblers Farm, Potten End nr Berkhamsted are hoping to be open in the second half of October. No booking is required and it is FREE to enter, but due to parking on a muddy field opening times are often decided by the weather, so do check their Facebook page for updates before travelling.
🎃 The Pumpkin Patch at the Christmas Tree Farm in Chesham are open daily from the 19th-31st October or until they have sold out.
🎃 The Pop Up Farm in Flamstead, just off the M1 is open 5th, 6th, 12th & 13th October then 19th - 31st October.
🎃 Standalone Farm in Letchworth is running a pumpkin patch for the very first time this year. Open 12th, 13, 19th, 20th October and 26th October to 1st November.
🎃 The Secret Farm near Bedford, open 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th & 20th October, then 26th - 31st October. They are also holding a SEN Morning on 12th and 28th October.
🎃 The Hitchin Lavender Pumpkin Patch is open 12th - 13th and 19th - 31st October.
🎃 Grove Farm, near Ivinghoe is a PYO fruit and vegetable farm and have pumpkins in September and October. Check their website for what's currently available and opening times.
🎃 Farmer Paul’s Pumpkin Patch near Aylesbury is open 5-6th, 10-13th, 17th-20th and everyday during half term but please note that once they have sold out of pumpkins they will be closed.
🎃 A bit further afield, Pumpkins at The Patch MK is open 5-6th, 12-13th, 19-20th and 25th-31st Oct. This one is popular and often sells out so make sure to book in advance.
