About me:
I studied music at the University of Cambridge where I was a choral scholar at Gonville & Caius College. I am also experienced in musical theatre performance and was recently Musical Director for a production of 'Legally Blonde the musical' at the Finchley Arts Depot. I am a qualified academic teacher with 10 years' experience (currently Head of Academic Music & Head of Choral Music at a leading private school in north London). For the past few years at least 2 of my pupils have received offers to read music from Oxford or Cambridge, with another 2 receiving choral scholarships.
Alongside my teaching work, I sing professionally, with experience of solo, choral and recording work. Recent choral work includes 10 years as a soprano for the choir of Holy Trinity Church, Sloane Square, and prior to that I was a member of 'Reverie', a leading London-based professional vocal ensemble. Recent recording work includes vocals on 'Abbey Road Masters: Contemporary Voices' and Radiohead's album 'A Moon Shaped Pool'.
