These are age-related sessions and assigned to appropriate instructors. Ranging from tots/cubs to lions.
Kids will learn to improve their hand and foot co-ordination and build discipline. In sessions, kids will have the opportunity to use the latest training equipment including punchbags, dummies, balls and battle ropes.
Games are included in these sessions to improve their social skills and develop self-confidence.
