Pregnancy Exercise Class
Exercising during your pregnancy is safe and healthy for both you and your baby. Not only does it help you maintain a healthy weight, it also helps prepare your body for labour. Exercise helps prevent; headaches, tiredness, stress and depression, pelvic pain, backache and constipation.
This exciting class for expectant mothers, helps mums-to-be achieve a healthy pregnancy. The classes involves some light toning, stretching, relaxation and mindfulness.
Wednesdays 2pm - 2:45pm, just £3 per session
