Equestrian activities and horse riding lessons for all ages from 3 and up, all riders accommodated and welcome.

Stockwood Park Athletics Centre has an 8-lane, 400 metre track & high jump, long jump & other athletics field event facilities. It's a great place to get a flavour of the buzz of track & field athletics from a young age - and all set in the beautiful surroundings of Stockwood Park. Athletics sessions run all year round. Primary school age Mondays, Secondary school age Tuesdays, both age groups Wednesdays. 5.30-6.30pm.

Mondays and Wednesdays - Track Skills - Ages 4-8 years - £2.50 - Book in advance through website or app.

Tuesdays and Thursdays - Luton AC Training Sessions - Ages 9-16 - £3.50 - Drop in session.

Inspire: Luton Sports Village has a fantastic Olympic diving pool which is 1 of 11 specialist diving centres in the UK!

We are home to a state of the art 'dry dive' training area, full Olympic diving boards with two 1m and two 3m springboards. We also have 1m, 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m high platforms. Our 3-10m boards are full width to accommodate for synchronised diving too.... Read more

Luton Athletic Club was formed in 2004 by the amalgamation of Luton United Athletic Club and Vauxhall Athletic Club, two strong clubs in the borough of Luton. The amalgamation was to provide to the community a single point for athletics in the town, where athletes of all ages and abilities could come together to realise their athletic dreams.

Luton Town HC has a junior academy specialist coaching and tournaments for children from ages 5 to 12 years old.
At 13 years old juniors progress into the senior section of the club.

Our training sessions are held on Sundays between September and March (excluding school holidays) from 10.00 to 11.30am at Luton Sixth Form.
