Rock Up is the thrilling climbing centre at intu Watford Shopping Centre. We have 27 incredible fun climbing walls towering over 8m with multiple routes to their peaks. Great for all ages & abilities. Climb from 4 years. No experience or equipment needed. We also offer a fantastic large soft play area and a café serving fresh coffee & food. We support & work with community groups from Schools to Scouts, Cadets to Sports Clubs & many more.

Working in partnership with St Albans City & District Council and 1Life we provide fun and active entertainment for toddler to 12 years old with our trampolines, and fun for all with our Roman themed 9-hole adventure golf.

We offer the younger race enthusiasts an introduction in to the world of motor sport on either the main or junior circuit, subject to age and height restrictions. Available 7 days per week, using our Main circuit or Junior circuit, subject to booking. Once signed in, kitted and briefed, drivers will test themselves on the demanding Rye House Circuit. Our karts really do live up to our motto "safety fast!"

Rye-Assic adventure Park has been designed with young adventurers from 0-12 years old in mind and features prehistoric creatures from the Cretaceous period. There are six 'activity zones' to explore with different rides and play to enjoy along the way.. Activities include splash park, soft play, bowling, bouncy castle , dino maze, trampolines, outdoor play are and crazy golf.
