Join us for an hour a half of fun, family-friendly activities in the beautiful natural setting of Rye Meads Nature Reserve. Learn valuable Happy Confident Kids "In the Wild" skills like mindful breathing, understanding how we respond to tricky emotions and learning resilience (activities subject to change). You'll all leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and with keepsakes to remember the day.
Perfect for all the family age 4-18, with younger children, babes in arms, grandparents all welcome too!

Things to do
RSPB Rye Meads is a delightful wetland nature reserve beside the River Lee. The trails around the reserve are wheelchair and pushchair accessible, with several sheltered hides for watching wildlife. The Visitor Centre offers toilets and baby changing facilities with a café stocking hot and cold drinks and a selection of snacks.

Pond dipping, minibeasting, bird watching and wildlife games are some of our most popular activities! There will be a small cost, give us a call to discuss activities and ideas! Any age - we'll even run a party for adults!
