Yew Tree Alpacas
Yew Tree Alpacas is a herd of 40 alpacas based in the rural, picturesque village of Anstey near Buntingford, Hertfordshire.
The original herd was formed in 2009 from a base of four girls, Barbara, Joyce, Jessica and Manette and we now have a herd of boys and girls for both breeding and alpaca activities.
The business has three parts; alpaca activities (including alpaca walks & adventures) breeding alpacas and selling alpaca products.
As part of our alpaca products range we sell natural, undyed 100% alpaca yarn with fleece from the Yew Tree herd and also supply alpaca yarn dyed in a range of other colours. Our alpaca accessories are ethically produced and hand knitted locally.
Our alpaca walks and events (including alpaca adoptions) are becoming extremely popular and they make great gifts, so do come and join us for some alpaca fun! Please see our events section of the website for more details.
