Phase Hitchin
Phase provide help and support, through liaison with schools in Hitchin, for children aged 8-18yrs via three specific strands:
Promote - We raise awareness of the importance of wellbeing and resilience.
Prevent - We want to help prevent specific issues from developing, by talking about issues, challenges and how to prevent them.
Support - We offer targeted support to young people who are experiencing difficulties.
Phase also offers practical support for parents/carers and we have a parent referral system to enquire if virtual mentoring may be suitable / available for children who are not currently attending school.
