Saxon Pool & Leisure Centre has a range of activities for all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking for a fully equipped gym, an excellent rated pool or a wide range of fitness classes, we've got you covered. We provide a range of sports in our Sports Hall and have a great crèche for your little ones.

GYM
All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions and games to keep you entertained. We provide Technogym's Mywellness cloud so you can keep track of your results. Our Personal Trainers are always at hand if you want to change up your fitness routine or need more motivation.

SPORTS
We offer a range of sports within our sports hall. If you fancy trying something new, we run badminton, short tennis, 5 a-side football, basketball and more.

POOL
We provide a 25 metre (eight lane) swimming pool and teaching pool. Whether you're looking to take part in aqua exercise classes, have a relaxing swim or want to improve your technique with our AquaEd swimming scheme, we've got you covered.

WORKOUT CLASSES (from 17th May)
We offer over 65 exercise classes per week with something to suit all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking for energetic or relaxing sessions, you can find a class to suit you. You'll find popular classes such as Pound and Fitsteps alongside the high calorie burning classes of Body Combat and Group Cycle. There's something to suit your fitness goals.

In the mean time, take advantage of a wide range of workout classes available through the SLL Lifestyles App digital membership.
