Hypnobirthing Hertfordshire
For expectant couples who are seeking a positive birth experience whilst learning useful antenatal education. Through the use of hypnobirthing technqiues and great antenatal education, you will both learn on my private or group courses how to alleviate any fear, anxiety (or just the feeling of being unprepared), you may be experiencing, in the lead up to your baby's birth. Not only am I a registered FEDANT antenatal educator, but I have also used The Wise Hippo mythod of hypnobirthing that I teach, for both of my daughters quick births, so I can testify the education that you will be learning with me really does work!
