North Herts Leisure Centre offers a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities. Facilities include a Technogym fitness suite, swimming pool and learner pool, four court indoor sports hall, squash courts, sauna and steam room and a variety of workout classes. We have a range of memberships available to suit all needs.

GYM
Our fitness suite has the latest Technogym equipment to make your workout as enjoyable as possible. All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions, internet, games and mywellness integration. With the use of Technogym's mywellness cloud you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about. Our Personal Trainers are at hand if you want to step up your fitness routine or need more motivation. All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs.

SPORTS
Take advantage of our four court indoor Sports Hall and Squash Courts. Sports include - Badminton, Table Tennis, Squash and Roller Skating. Other activities available at the centre include 5-a-side Football, Netball and Basketball.

WORKOUT CLASSES
Our workout timetable includes over 120 classes a week. We have classes suitable for all levels and include a range of disciplines including high impact, dance classes, toning and more.

POOL
The swimming pool has a tropical wave machine and wacky water flume which are great fun for the whole family. We also have a learner pool for our AquaEd swimming scheme.There are many sessions on offer, these range from Aqua Fit classes to Adult & Toddler, AquaEd to Rookie Lifeguard. Whether you are looking to join in on a class or have a relaxing swim we can facilitate for all your needs in a safe, relaxing and well maintained environment.

CAFE
Our café is the perfect venue to meet friends and relax after a workout session. Choose from a delicious range on our menu, which includes delicious home cooked foods - there is something for everyone to enjoy.
