Hitchin Rugby Club Mini and Youth Section provides rugby training and fixtures for nearly 600 boys and girls from U5 (reception) through to U18 (year 13).

The rugby core values are different to football, with the ethos very much being 'everyone is welcome, regardless of ability'. There is a focus on teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship, and being part of a wider rugby community.

All age groups play/train on Sundays, with older age groups also training mid-week.
Minis (U5-U12) 9-10.30
Youth Boys (U13-U18) 11-12.30
Youth Girls (U12-U18) 1-2.30
