Jo Jingles

If you decide to give Jo Jingles music classes a try, you can expect:
A safe environment with a warm and friendly welcome!
Classes which are carefully structured and designed according to age and ability.
A weekly introduction to new and fun educational themes such as, colours, shapes, numbers and animals. We also use well-known nursery rhymes, games, props, visuals and action songs to get little bodies jingling along!
All of our class presenters are fully DBS checked
But the learning experience goes further than that! Every child will get some hands-on fun with percussion instruments each week including
Tambourines
Drums
Bells
Watch as they join in with Little Jo who brings special surprises in his boxes each week and is always ready to move to the music with fun actions - and with over 1,000 songs under his belt, from old favourites to the more unique, you can rest assured every class is different from one week to the next!

"Karen (and Jo) are amazing. I can't rate this class enough. Karen makes all the children feel welcome and special at all of her sessions. This really helped to build up my daughters confidence. We took a break when I had my second baby but when we returned it was as if we had never been away. The classes are engaging and my daughter dances and giggles from start to finish. I've been attending since she was 6 months (she is now 2 and half) and each stage class is pitched perfectly for the age ranges suggested. "

"Karen's music and movement classes with Little Jo are fantastic! My children love Karen and look forward to her class every week. We've been coming for nearly 5years! Their confidence to actively take part and dance freely is lovely to see. The classes are well structured whilst being great fun and have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. It is a brilliant class enabling children from babies to 5yrs to explore, play and enjoy musical percussion instruments (different each week and different for each age group) with fun songs and games. Ranging from shakers and bells, tambourines and drums, chime bars, triangles, wood blocks etc. They learn many skills from copying rhythms, developing listening skills, learning and practicing colours/ numbers and follow instructions to go on a magical journey as a bird or butterfly, or on train ride, be a marching soldier, be jungle animals and more! Karen also incorporates a wonderful selection of props which the children love including colourful scarfs, large parachute, giant elastic scrunchie, dress up masks, cuddlies etc. Of course bubbles are also used! The children are very engaged and there are lots of giggles and excitement in her classes. The older children read a story across the term which links to musical and learning activities for that week - number recognition, story comprehension, relevant songs etc . Children recently enjoyed The Snail and Whale. My children absolutely adore Jo Jingles and miss it when the holidays are on! Karen offers taster sessions too which is a great way to have a little try."

"Classes with Karen are so amazing! She has so much energy and the kids love her crazy dancing and singing! My 3 year old gets to dance, sing, play instruments along with colouring sheets and stickers! She has learnt so much about shapes colours, sense and much more! We totally love our Monday afternoons before she goes to big school"

We can't get enough of the classes, they are so much fun and the highlight of our weeks!
